All of the solution sets are now available. You will need a viewer that can handle postscript, like Ghostview, or portable document format, like Adobe Acrobat Reader if you want to view these. If you have neither, you should still be able to download the postcript version and send it to a postscript printer. If all of this sounds complicated, you can still pick up a copy from Soft Reserves.

Note that I didn't post solutions to all of the HW problems, but most of them (about 85%) should be here. If you really need to know how to do one that's missing, look at the other problems from the same section. Chances are there is a similar one.
